The ACLS Provider course is designed to teach students the lifesaving skills necessary to manage an acute cardiac event or cardiac arrest. The program is designed for providers who are expected to treat critically ill patients and are required to obtain ACLS certification based on employment or licensing requirements. Students enrolling in this program should have a general understanding of emergency pharmacology and cardiology. Upon Successful completion of the course, students will receive an American Heart Association ACLS Provider card that is valid for 2 years. If purchased, your ACLS course book will be mailed out within one business day after successful registration and payment is received. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BLS HeartCode and hands on Skills Testing course is designed to meet part one (HeartCode BLS online class), part two (practice) and part three (testing) of the BLS for Healthcare Providers online program. This skills session will be incorporated into your ACLS Provider class, and will cover the practical component required by the American Heart Association to receive a BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR eCard. Students will need to present their certificate from part one of the class and will then be tested following the prescribed criteria including Adult\/Child CPR, AED use, and Infant CPR. Upon successful completion, students will receive their American Heart Association BLS eCard which is valid for two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t
