BLS Instructor Course

The BLS Instructor Course is designed for medical professionals including physicians, nurses and nursing students, EMS personnel, and other allied health professionals who have a strong desire to become an American Heart Association BLS Instructor. This program covers adult, child and infant CPR; one and two rescuer CPR; foreign body airway obstruction, mouth-to-mask and bag mask ventilation, and use of an automatic external defibrillator. Instructor Candidates should possess strong current BLS knowledge and should be a licensed healthcare provider who is actively using these skills within their current scope of practice.
