I just wanted to say thank you or allowing me into your Troy class last night at the last minute; I really appreciate your opening the class to me. Even though I’d been awake for about 30 hours (I work nights) Michele was the most engaging instructor and kept the class moving. I can honestly say it was the best BLS class I’ve ever attended. So many instructors, their heart just isn’t in it and you can tell they’re there just because they have to be, but Michelle is truly, wholly invested and dedicated to teaching others the correct way to save lives. I really appreciated the opportunity to learn with her, if just to renew my card, because the way she taught and reviewed the video instruction, the steps will stick with me over every other class I’ve had. I thank you very kindly again!

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Ken’s ACLS class! Very well organized, great equipment and professional / knowledgeable instructors. It’s clear you are passionate about what you do, and that you want to ensure the rest of us are well trained and prepared. Also, the little things that may seem insignificant like the coffee/bagels, candy, pens/magnets, etc. all show that you care about your students and want to go above and beyond to make a lasting impression. You made an experience that I typically dread enjoyable!

First and foremost, I would like to thank you for offering the on-site ACLS at Beaumont! As you may have gathered, many of my teammates were very nervous about ACLS and not only did you reassure them but they raved about the class!! I had one RN in particular who was so apprehensive about taking ACLS she was considering a job change… She called 10 minutes after your class to leave a voicemail to say thank you for encouraging her to do it and she actually was happy to have gone to the class! I wanted to share because education is a gift and engaging those to the level of inspiration is not a skill all have but clearly you do! Thanks again!
