Woodson Education will always work with you if you need to reschedule your class date. Just let us know ahead of time by sending us an email or giving us a call. We are a family-oriented business, and we understand that things happen, especially during these times we are in now. We will work with you to accommodate your needs!
Refunds or credits are not issued for classes that are not attended (no call, no show).
Individuals who request to cancel a confirmed enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date will be entitled to a full refund minus the fee for any opened course books and shipping charges.
There are no refunds for HeartCode Online classes that have already been started. This is because the class cannot be assigned to another student once you have begun. Fees for skills testing are fully refundable.
